Paper submission

Contributions can be submitted through EasyChair. During submission, please select one of the following topics:

  • Analysis, Identification, and Control
  • Robotics and Automotive
  • Networked Systems
  • Applications in Control Engineering

The submission period opens on June 24th, 2024, and closes on July 15th, 2024. Contributions should consist of an extended abstract of no more than 2 pages (free format), including figures and references. All extended abstracts and slide presentations must be in English.

Contributions can be original works, previously published works, or concise reports on research conducted in recent years that are accessible to the entire community. Submissions may also summarize the results of recently concluded or ongoing research projects or illustrate specific experimental applications of theoretical results.

A Programme Committee will assess the quality of the submissions based on their scientific value.

Important: When submitting the abstract please select the option “National doctorate DAuSy submission” to inform the programme committee that you would like to present in the reserved session for DAuSy as well as at least one of the other four categories (Systems Analysis and Control, Applications in Control Engineering, Networked Systems, Robotics and Automotive) to facilitate selection of reviewers at submission stage.

DAUSY POSTERS

Participants to the PhD poster session of the National PhD Program in Autonomous Systems (DAUSY) are in charge of printing and transporting their poster at the conference. The poster will be displayed on a traditional poster board. The organizers will provide the participants with the material to attach the poster to the board. The poster must be portrait in vertical orientation and no larger than A0 format: 118.9cm (height) x 84.1cm (width).

AWARDS

As usual, SIDRA will assign an award to the two best contributions presented at the workshop. Contributions will be evaluated by the Award Committee based on their theoretical and application value, as well as the quality of the presentation.
